Behind every computer, I assume, sits a human being. This indicates undoubtfully the possibilty of mistakes, since that is a human trait. And in your case something might have gone wrong, when they didn't answer your mails. If you've ever run a business with employees then you learn to accept those facts of life, I guess  |
Yep, ran my own business for 10 years, and I would not accept that kind of performance from any of my staff!
Mac forums I visit generally have a poor regard for LW, very flakey on Mac's at best, big problems, like I had, at worst. Coupled with a lack of response from LW when you encounter problems you can understand why I hold it in low esteem. |
