impossible to store in the library??

gud morning everybody

i downloaded files, they appear as 100% in the progress section (reception) but in 'state' it says 'impossible to store in the library'

what does it mean? (library full of incomplete files)

plus when i listen to them, they r incomplete (why it says 100%??)

am translating here from limewire in italian
