| Hey all, I run a pretty small online radio show, we put out our weekly for everyone to DL including podcasters. My question is : While searching through Limewire, am I allowed to use any song that has the CC (Creative Commons) mark next to it on my show?. Such as an intro or an break in the show. Am I able to do this without any trouble? I use some Garageband.com songs, but im not sure about limewire..I did a small search for CC's and it even came up with songs from System of a down, black eyed peas and other famous bands..but it had the CC next to it. Anyway any hints or info would be highly appreciated. Thanks guys. |

| I'm pretty sure some CC material is not available for rebroadcast purposes. You might want to check the Internet Archives (www.archives.org), I know they host Berkley Radio and some others. They probably have the info you need. |
