can someone help me i cant figure out what is wrong every time i go to download a movie no matter how many sorces there are i get needs more sorces. it is only happening on movies.

How many sources do you get. I noticed it's been recently reported that there are spam results with dud results or dud files that can't be downloaded. Try downlding those that only have a handful of search results.

i been tryin to download from 80+ sorces and still no luck i have un installed and reinstalled both lime wire and java and still the problem is happening

No look at the bottom of the search results & look for those with 1 - 10 results. I've read that those with 80 - 100 results are now often spam results with dud files. So check your search results out more carefully. Don't pick those that are obviously with exagerated results! But then again, make sure they're over a few hundred MB for video files. Try checking those files out with Bitzi lookup; see how to do it here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=37676. That can help to tell you if they are ok or fakes, etc.

i have been doing that and still nothing this has been going on for a couple weeks now and i know its just on my comp cuz i tried on my friends and its working fine

if you have pro you can dl from 10 sources but if you have basic you only get to dl from 8 sources if you have pro if there is more than ten sources or if you have basic and there is more than 8 sources it is probably a dud. if i am wrong please correct me.

every vid no matter how namy times i try of from what ampount of sorces still says needs more sorces i can go on my friiends comp and download the same exact file with ease

Can you download music files without a problem? How's your connection (fair, good, excellent etc)? Do you see the firewall icon (brick wall in front of the blue earth)? Who's your ISP?

Delete your preferences folder (ooh I just love saying that) with LW closed
