After "Advanced Button" do you see "Adapter"??
If yes, click it. Then click on "properties" then on driver. First try to "rollback driver".
If that doesn't fix it, then try update driver.
Post back on how you got on with it.

I'm afraid I don't know much either! I see that that link was for an ATI graphics card, ..so if you don't have that it might be something else. The search feature is useful to find stuff out and thats where I found that link.

shes having the same problem.

when i did rollback driver. it was like 'there are no previous drivers'
or something.
and then when i did updae driver, it said there are no newer/better versions of this software.
or something.
so it didnt work :|
this isnt good for my blood pressure
