Guess what im having the same problem. I upgraded to pro and guess what I got charged Twice in the same day and I cant guse it eaither. It told me that my card didnt have enough money on it but guess what I got charged twice.What do I do about this problem. Im so upset im about to go public but im giving it time to sort it out but it seems there is no one to contact.

Use the link in the post of LOTR and go to that thread. There you'll find a link (RStern), which you should click to send her a PM explaning your problem. She will be able to sort it out (assuming that you've bought LW pro from the official site http://www.limewire.com/ and paid $ 18.88).
