 "I use a firewall (NPF 2005) to protect my PC from attack and, I understand, that this could prevent my shared files from being browsed but it does not prevent people from downloading files from me." Where did you get this idea from? Browsing a host works exactly the same as any other file transfer. If you do not disable browsing and people can download from you, they can browse you as well.  |
