Well, besides CP.........guess, everything that is protected by copyright laws. A thumb rule you could apply for deciding whether something is legal/ illegal:

It is for sale somewhere, then it is most likely illegal to download without license.

Well, if you like to see it that "conservative"......yes!! ......unless, let's say music that you've bought on CD might not fall under that rule (but I'm not sure about that, depends on which country you're from)....
