 Maybe the one with a bad upload had different conditions, like a bad ISP that was blocking downloads. Maybe your ISP selectively blocks uploads to certain areas. Maybe the previous uploader had better connections elsewhere and was preferring them. Who knows? It's a big, messy internet, which is why it was so tough to test and develop this baby.  |
