Exclamation Please Read: Mcfee Firewall

Does anyone else here use the Mcfee firewall? If so how do you disable it? I mean, when I did disable it, Limewire told me that a firewall is was running but I had no other firewall on my computer. I've taken the McFee firewall off for now, but how do you disable it so that Limewire can run properly. Also now that I don't have a firewall at all on my computer-- Limewire still shows that I do. What is going on?

It's probably a firewall within your modem or router. Don't disable McAfee, just configure it for LW. You'll find a link for firewall config plus a lot of info about router firewalls & how to sort out these probs ( enable UPnP or port forward) below.
