For me Version 4.12.3 works very well indeed: never now get directed to a commercial site on a download, the junk filter works well, (even without prompting now), my uploads average 12kb (cable) and downloads average 20kb if from one host only, and well above 100kb if from several, CPU Processing shows around 4%, search results give good coverage of out-of-copyright material, never ever get porn results, everything works fine and fast so far. I got my copy from the genuine Limewire site and never detected anything unclean. (My computer is not new but fairly modern, running Windows XP 64-bit (runs Limewire as 32-bit))
