Please help me just regestered to lime wire and its not bringing up any search results on any criteria any one out there no whats going on !!!

What's your connection like (how many green bars)? Do you see the firewall icon (brick wall in front of the blue globe)?

Do this test & see what result you get

What are your details?

OS(Win XP etc)
LW & Java version (help > about LW & you'll see)
Firewall you're using
Modem/router brand & model
ISP
Connection type (DSL etc)
Where you connect from (home, school etc)
Are you sharing a connection with other computers
Is this your first try with LW

Yes, it means that you're not properly connected & so LW can't return any search results.
Could you do the test & answer the questions I asked before?

Also check your software firewall!

so what does that mean , will i have to register again ? sorry that sounds stupid bt am nt that good on computers !

You don't have to register for anything again
If the test worked, that's good. It's just a little test to see if LW's port is blocked.

Also please tell me if you see the firewall icon (brick wall).
Please also check your software firewall setup... click on the link that says "firewall setup".
