Billing - Big Rip Off!!!
I signed up for the $23.46 Basic LimeWire. I was charged for Basic, Pro and a Spy Remover. I did not want Pro or a Spy Remover!
Now that I need to contact LimeWire to get a refund I cannot because they do not offer support to Basic users and Pro does not recognize my email address. Below is a portion of my receipt. Date and Time:8/30/2006 11:05:26 AM Transaction ID: 1569611291050169****** Quantity Description Amount 1 Lifetime Membership 23.46 1 PRO-Version 12.95 1 SpyRemover 14.88 Total Charge 51.29 Has anyone had any success getting the refunds owed to them? If not, would anyone be interested in joining me on a class action lawsuit?
