![]() Hi Guys, Recently I Bought a software called "Hide IP Platinum" .. It basically hides your IP when visiting various websites .. (It gives you a differnet IP address) .. Today, when I Tried to use it with Limmewire, I Noticed that at the bottom left side of the screen, where it shows your IP for Direct Connection with your Friends, it was showing my "Real IP" and not the "IP Addresss" That the Proxy Server was showing .. What Am I Doing Wrong here? Am I supposed to be changing a setting on the Limewire .. (Also, I Checked the software and it 'Does Change" your IP Address when activated .. I went to this website: netconceal.com, where it shows your IP, and it was diofferent when I Had activated 'IP Platinum) .. Any help would be appreciated .. Thanks .. |

![]() Firt of all, by using Hide IP trial and entering any word, or number of letters into the activation key box will activate it. Second, Limewire is not going through it, it connects directly to the network and i am not sure about a workaround for that. You might want to check the faq's at their website, or if you've paid fo such a service, then they might have some kind of e-mail technical support, or even by phone where you can ask oyur questions more specifically.... |
