In a word NO.
It simpley means the person has set there total up/loads or Per-Person up/loads to a set figure, "upload limit reached", comes when someone requests more than the set limmit.
Happy searching. | I recently noticed the same "upload limit reached" line. Do you mean that the uploader was blocked because of a limit I set? Is that a "permanent" block, or the equivalent of the "waiting for busy host" message you see when you try and download more than 3 (usually, as that is the default value) files from one host?
I would not want to completely block somebody (in fact, I put in a higher number than 3, so people can download complete albums more easily) allthough I guess some sort of (temporary) limit is OK to keep things running fairly smoothly. |
