I can not find a way to contact anyone to get my pro reloaded. they ask for my email and then say it is no good. I have myOrder id but can't get it to them to straighten out. New pc? Any suggestions let me know at [email protected] Thanks much Sly

First of all, did you buy Pro from www.limewire.com ($18.88 USD) & did you buy less than 6 months ago? It's just that paying for Pro entitles you to 6 months of updates & email support, so if you bought more than 6 months ago your email address won't be in the database any more. And if you bought from any site other than the official one, there's not much we can do:wink:
