ok, i have downloaded a few films to convert on dvd which i have done a few times already without any problems but for some reason i have no sound on the last 2 i have downloaded? read the feedback for both films as i would normally but nobody has mentioned about no sound and ratings are good. any suggestions? thanks

Might be a codecs issue....
You could try to use a different media player such as the free VLC player with built-in codecs which can play almost all media files without problems. You can downlaod it from here:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
As a side note, to preview files with it you'll have to open the files directly from the Incomplete folder and not via the LW preview function.

hi,thanks for the info. normally my media player would spring up about not being able to play this file due to codec problem but it doesnt. i will try and give videolan a go.thank you )
