i believe this contravenes ebay's Selling Rules, and last time the issue was raised, I reported it to them. They did little (ok ..not any thing) about it ... They generally won't do anything unless a company complains. Legal ... hmm . I guess not ...

As for the accelerator, you will find a bit about it in the forum, but afaik it does not improve Limewire performance, although I gather it might improve a browsers performance. Thats just my interpretation of what was concluded a few months ago.

There's more than one "so-called" accelerator. But it's a fake. They all are. They don't work. Perhaps for a couple of other p2p programs they do but certainly not for LW. They also have side-fx so beware of them. Very buggy they are & totally useless for LW.
