limewire is obviously for sharing files. i notice the movie files that are DVD quality are anywhere between 670-704MB in size. i download them to the hard drive and then save them as data files on my cd-r/cd-rw disks. i want to know how to do that. i want to know what program copies dvds to the hard drive and then enables them to be the size that end up on limewire (between 600-700 MBPLEASE HELP

I think there's more than one step there. One is a program that can copy dvd to computer whilst getting rid of security. Next one is converting to single video file. Next is shrinking the file size. The best I know for shrinking the video file is DivX. I don't use windows for video so I can't recommend any programs to do the earlier things.
