Where did you d/load it from? If you paid for and d/led it from the official site, then there isn't any password. You'll need to have admin priviledges to install programs on your account.

There are many scam sites out there. Have a read through these threads:

If you d/led it from somewhere else without paying for it, then your on your own. Hope the file's not infected .

I'm "not connected", yet I am still downloading at full speed, only thing is I'm not showing up on the system. No one is uploading and trust me, they always do. The java 6.1.u1 is causing issues so roll back to this one & that should fix it for you OK.
Now! Go to,
START/Set Program Access/Change or Remove Programs,
now completely remove all versions of java.
Re BOOT Your computer NOW.

Now! Use this Blue Link to get "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 12" Use the off line installer, NOT the (recommended) one, 4th one down.
Java SE Downloads - Previous Release - JDK 5
When Download is completed.
Disconnect from internet, close ALL apps n reinstall java.
