I have been reading some of the forum threads and I think I have found what I need to answer my questions. Nevertheless, to simply not reply to e-mails that are sent through their website is inexcusable regardless of the reason. If they are going to charge money for the software and then offer support, then they should provide support without fail... or they need to at least advise the requestor as to what "soon" means.
