You need to resume the files .. then they will apear in the download window, probably awaiting sources, after searching for them, but with luck they may restart downloading.

Re-searching them increases the chances of them resuming, I find, as if the search turns up the same file it can kick start it into action

It is not a good idea to resume more than a few files at once.
