Have you checked here http://www.limewire.org/translate.shtml

It seems they need help with somebody to assist translating it. It's only at (0.93%) at present or so it seems.
There's also tips about how to test it out.

I guess so, yes. There are instructions on that page. The idea of that page is for people to help LW translate the program into different languages. Obviously Bulgarian is greatly in need of helpers to finish it off.

Bulgarian is just a basic skeleton. Because it is insufficiently translated, it is NOT included in the LimeWire distribution; the file on the limewire.org page is ready to download only to show you how the first few entries were edited using Cyrillic letters. To be included in the LimeWire distribution, there's a threshold: two third of the lines (except the long optional part at end used only for the advanced statistics pane and some internal errors or debugging messages) must be translated.

If your editor cannot display properly the first few entries, then your local editor configuration is not correct to edit this file: it is encoded using Unicode (UTF-8). If you can read the first few entries, then you just need to make the rest of the missing translations, on lines marked with "#? " prefixes. So make sure that your editor can edit Cyrillic text and save it into UTF-8, and rereading again without loss; try with one or two entries before getting further, otherwise you may loose lot of time of editing (some editors allow you to enter Cyrillic letters, but then substitute them with approximate letters when saving, orchange them to Latin, or simply to question marks, without even warning you ! If this occurs, it'smost often because you have selected the wrong format or encoding when saving the file). The file should open OK without any specific setting in your editor, and it should save to UTF-8 without further changes of options.
