 Sherry. Did you Verrify that the files were real Before Trying to burn. If You use Bitzi to look up the file before D/L at least you will know if its a real File to start. Right Clik on file that you want in search, on drop down menu, Advanced, Look up file with BITZI, If its not well reported on it could be a fake. If you know the original file you D/L, is a good file, Try reinstalling Converter and or burn software. Peace.
