![]() Hi - OK this is driving me nuts. Limewire starts automatically whenevr I log into XP. I checked the easy stuff ( Limewire config boxes , Windows Doc& Sett=>User Folder=> Startup folder ) and did not find any clues on to stop the program. I went into MSCONFIG and nothing apparrent , although I might have missed something. Anybody got any clues ?? Thanks in advance for your help ! sahocken |

![]() Hi - I know realize that I have a virus that is the root cause of LimeWire starting at random and at the same time removing the capability for TaskManager. I did perform what the link dictated but still it occurs. Howvere now at least I know what I am up agianst. sahocken |

![]() 1. To be sure your system is clean, go here NorbiesWorld (click on link) & follow instructions. 2. Go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Advanced>System Startup & uncheck option. |
