Is there something you can do to block out cussing in the songs or if there isn't how do you know it won't have cusses or do you have to just preview it?

Not AFAIK. Try searching for the song title (edit) or song title (radio edit), song title (radio version)...these ones often have most of the swearing beeped out

Try all sorts of variations eg title - edit, title (edit), title - radio edit, title - radio version, title (radio edit) etc etc.
