This can have many factors such as ISP's, firewalls, if they have dial up, cable, dsl and if they have configured their limewire properly..
There are definitely no bonuses attached to it...  | I know that it's fairly decentralized, but I was thinking that the client might check various things from the clients it's connecting to, and give priority to certain users. The "allow freeloaders" option shows that this is definetely possible, but I wasn't sure if limewire implemented anything like that or not. |
