I don't know if it would work as effectively if you added a bunch of words all at once, even if they are separated by commas, etc. For instance, for the word prank and all its forms you might get hits with, add PRANK > hit ADD, add PRANKED, hit ADD, add PRANKS, hit add, etc.
I have added a LOT of words so far separately and haven't run out of room! I also get little or no junk.
