I reently had to reinstall windows. went to download Pro again, and it doesnt recognize any of my emails. Hmmm guess I'll have to charge it off, since I can't even use support.

How long ago did get Limewire Pro? Support/updates are available for 6 months. If it's been longer than that, you will have to repay a whopping $18.88 USD. (A hell of a deal if you ask me).

Where did you buy Pro from & how much did you pay? Dano's post shows you how much Pro should cost.
My Pro was bought from the official site www.limewire.com & the transaction shows as LIMEWIRELLC on my CC statement. Sounds like you might've been scammed.

Contact your CC company & report this. Also check the threads below

i clicked free editions button to upgrade to pro.

I had it on my computer, worked ok, cept for that one crashbug that stopped all my downloads. I reloaded windows and sight wont recognize me. so i cant download pro again

It's probably a good idea to save & back up your Pro installer(s)...just in case the same thing ever happens again
