 Well Junior Member Mdolan65 If you have so much faith in the people you bought LW from then you should be able to go back to them for your "lifetime" service (or whatever you paid your money for). However, you did not pay your money to the LW Org. and so you are not entitled to anything from them. Which, if you think about it, is quite reasonable because they only charge $18.88 for LW Pro so why should they dilute their profit margin by supporting the stolen or pirated copy of LW which you bought?
