just recently ALL of my songs are being sipped and i cannot listen to them once i shut down my computer. how can I stop this????

Scan for viruses. If you don't have a decent av , try AVG(free), update it and scan your computer: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/avg-anti.../lng/us/tpl/v5

i alrready tried that and they still are zipped

Delete the zipped files, they contain viruses. Did the virus scan detect anything and were you able to clean it?

You'll probably have to redownload all your files.
