Bitzi is a site where users can rate files. When you look up a file with Bitzi, you can see the ratings & get some idea of the file's content & quality. It's worth always checking video files with Bitzi (music doesn't get rated as often) to rule out fake & misnamed files There's more info here.

No, it seems to be working fine for me. Have you tried switching to a different browser?

There does seem to be something up with Bitzi. I'm getting the Retry in 120 seconds with newer files only. Older ones I checked came up as usual .

Default Virus and Bitzi

I actualy did get a few to work since I posted, but I have come to the conclusion that Limewire is crap. Every single file I checked (which was about 99% of the files found by various searches) contained viruses or were noted as being some other .exe file (i.e. not what the Limewire search result said it was.) I have been using Azureus for years, and I have not found any reason to change.
Why would anyone waste so much time to determine that the file they are downloading is what it's supposed to be, and virus free?

Nice try, but maybe I'll look at it agian once Limewire gets its act together.

Duckss.
