You can try a file recovery program, have a look at the thread below.
Deleting files from LW library - Don't!! File recovery advice LW versions 4.13.0 onwards (Beta versions) send files to the recycle bin if they're accidentally deleted. If you're interested, you can download the Beta version from the normal LW download page. Or from your personal download link, if you have Pro.
