 I do understand that you're frustrated & just so you know, I don't work for LW. But...think about it. If you buy a program on CD & then lose the CD...you're not entitled to a replacement are you? Because it's up to you to safeguard & back up your copy. Same applies to LW Pro. The website does state that LW Pro purchase entitles you to support & updates for up to 6 months. It's only fair that the database holds email addresses of Pro purchasers for that 6 month period.  |
