How do I delete a shared folder?
hello all,
I added a folder to the shared folder list by mistake (my desktop). I want to delete it, but can't seem to figure it out. I clicked on it and then clicked delete, but it says it can't delete the selected folder because it's in use (even when I'm not using it). THANKS FOR ANY HELP...

oh geez..i had the same problem so I just keep searching till I found how to delete a song. First make sure your limewire is off, then get into your hard drive and delete it. It worked for me so it should work for you. Good Luck

Yes but it's very hard to delete your desktop. Shut down LimeWire and edit your limewire.props file. Look for the DIRECTORIES_TO_SEARCH_FOR_FILES setting and remove whatever entry that looks like the desktop. Save the file and restart LimeWire.
