Need More Sources :(

I'm using Windows ME with DSL.

EVERY TIME I try to download a video file, it says "Connecting..." for a few minutes, then automatically switches to "Need More Sources." Audio files occasionally work but I download video files more frequently (or would like to), so this is a serious problem. Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks!
