I already followed the tread about ip filtering with Aarons ip blocklist,the problem is when i use the Limewire 4.13.8 or whatever, i dont have a directory called C:\Documents and Settings\Name\.limewire

anyone else having this problem?

Your preferences will be in C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\LimeWire.

The folder's hidden by default, so if you can't find it you'll have to show hidden files & folders. Go to control panel > folder options > view. Put a dot in the circle next to 'show hidden files & folders' > apply > ok.
