have been using limewire for 6 months, now I can't get it to come up, I click the icon and nothing happens, I have also lost the icon in the task bar can anyone help.

Remoc, I have done it again I uninstalled limewire for the 4th time I am on xp have all icons up but not in task bar I have gone thru all files can't find anything helpful that I know of. It installed ok but click. nothing I don't know what other info u need.I have windows firewall which always allows me access to limewire, modem java updated

Hi Gail, Go up to my post and you will see the blue link that says system details > help us to help you.....If you will click on that link, a window will pop up with 13 or 14 questions about your system. If you will answer those questions the best you can then we may see something that needs to be tweeked a bit or offer other suggestions. Thanks
