Pornograhy in Incomplete Folder

Is it possible that a virus could place pornography in your Incomplete folder. These are incomplete files that are being downloaded by the Limewire program. If you go into Transfers you will see that they downloads are in progress.

Is this something a virus can do or is it totally hogwash and my son is choosing to download pornography on his own accord.
