What can be done when a file being downloaded from a peer continuously keeps getting stopped? I believe it's being disconnected. I've asked why by chatting with host but no response.

There's not a real lot you can do...Maybe the host is blocking you for some reason or the host could behind a firewall...Are you behind a firewall...ie. Do you see a wall in front of the globe...

Some hosts think that if they cannot browse your files you are a freeloader, well it's not always the case, the browse function doesn't always work..
