game download problems

I downloaded a old game they gave me these instructions Install Notes:
1. Unrar image files.
2. Burn or Mount Image.
3. Install Patch from the patch directory on the CD.
4. Install the No-CD from the crack directory on the CD to play without a CD.
5. Play Game!
When I went through these simple instrutions I think I did eveything right until I got to Install No-cd from the crack directory on cd. I went into the crack file I tried to double click it the error says this applacation has failed to start because the anet2.dll was not found. please help
