I have a upload speed of 733kb/s so what percentage would it be on the upload bandwith in limewire ?

You could put your upload speed between 80 to 85 on the bandwidth meter...

All you do is divide the kb/s by 8 which gives you about 91.5, but it's best to lower it a little...

that slider bar i cannott put in or move the bar to 91k/bs ? i starts with 93.75 k/bs ?

Then you may need to step down to the next speed setting. eg: T1 instead of T3 which would suit you much better. You will need to either sacrifice T3 or give all your upload potential speed to T3.

I've had same issue last couple of years. ADSL speeds vary, & LW doesn't take them into account very well with their settings.
