HELP! I'm haunted by "Cute Girl on has Orgasm on Webcam"

Can somebody please explain to me why everytime I do a search, the first thing that comes up is the title of what I searched for (example horsepower tv) then "Cute Girl has Orgasm on Webcam". Cant Limewire fix this? Is there a way to turn this off? Also, what about the searches that contain 260.4 kb? I KNOW its not what I am searching for, and will probably take me to an unwanted website or worse. Thanks for your help,
