Tools / Options
When I click tools..options, my screen fast-clicks and will not let me review options details....help

Someone posted an identical question in the forum and the reply was that your computer may be infected with a virus. Not sure how true that is, but check your anti-virus software to see if it's expired or outdated. Apart from that, no real idea.
