I've seen a lot of posts on what is a proxy, how does it work, how do i get one. They don't answer my question. My question is, what do i have to do to make my downloads untraceable so the RIAA doesn't bust my *** for downloading music/movies.

Ive heard that peerguardian is a must, ive also heard its a false sense of security. All i know is i got a letter from my isp when i didnt use it. I'd like to hear anyones thoughts on the iphantom.
