I purchased Limewire pro, and was told my credit card was DECLINED, so I cannot download pro (not paid for).
Turns out- I have been charged! You charged my credit card for nothing!
I cannot download it, my email is nowhere in your system. Funny thing, my email isn't in the system but my CREDIT CARD sure is!

Now I see I cannot email anyone abut this matter. That's great.

I wish to be contacted by a member of staff (if there are any, since I can't find anyone) to have my credit card refunded.

VISA has been contacted as well about the matter. I should not have to post my email in a public forum for all to read, but I have been left with no other option.

I am already telling my friends to stay clear of PRO. Please HELP.

For future reference, when a card is declined, the following error message appears: The banks reliably unblock the funds within a few days, and nothing is ever transferred to Lime Wire. If the funds are still blocked after 5-10 days, that is the time to contact us about the issue.

This same thing is happening to me... for no reason, my debit card is being declined, and I'm using a valid link. Limewire kinda sucks now... I never had a problem all these years, and now this.
