Searching for a title

Hello
I am a new user. When searching for a title, I entered "Still" without the quotes. I was looking for a song named "Still". What I got back was every song that had the word "Still" in its title. As you can imagine, I viewed a lot of songs. How can I specify that am looking for a song that has ONLY the one word "Still" in the title. Thanks for your time. Otto
