Check the recycle bin, just in case the files are there (LW has an option, when deleting files, to send those files to the recycle bin).
You could try one of the rile recovery programs mentioned here. DELETING FILES FROM LIMEWIRE LIBRARY-DON"T! - File recovery advice! If those don't help, use Google to search...you might find some more info.
