i would loke to give bit torrent a try, is lw quicker or is torrent. i have a slow dial up modem

in the case of a dial-up modem, Limewire probably is quicker once the download gets going. at least if the torrents are popular, then you will be connecting to many peers, slowing your connection down even more.
