low bandwidth indicator

hello.. first time post. i have LW 4.1. Promble with bandwidth. I have perfect internet signal strenth, however, the LM bandwidth indicator shows very poor signal. I have searched the settings in LM but cant find anything to configure the settings. please feel free to email me with any comments.. thank you. *email address removed*
